📈How to buy - sell NFT on Marketplace

This user guide will cover 2 sessions:

1. How to trade NFT you are currently holding on NFT5 Marketplace.

2. How to buy NFT from a project that has been crowdfunded successfully from other sellers.

1. How to trade NFT you are currently holding on NFT5 Marketplace

After the Public Sale has ended - all the NFTs of the creative project on the NFT5 platform were sold out. At this time, you can list the NFTs you are holding to resell to investors who have not had the opportunity to buy at the Private Sale/Public Sale.

Follow 4 steps to list your NFT on NFT5 Marketplace:

Step 1: Visit the project page that you have invested in the Public , the interface will now display as "Exchange ".

Note:

At this time, on the buy/ interface, the selling price will be displayed as 5.0 BUSD. This is the most favorable (lowest) selling price of the currently listed price ladder.

Step 2: Choose "Connect wallet" to link with MetaMask Wallet or Trust wallet - the wallet that owns the amount of NFTs you bought from previous rounds. Then click on the "Sell" button.

Step 3: Enter the number of NFTs and the unit price for each NFT you want to sell, the system will automatically calculate the total amount you will receive when the order is matched (i.e someone buys your NFT at this price).

Note:

Similar to some other NFT Marketplace platforms, NFT5 will also charge 1% transaction fee for each of your successful sell order. You will get less than your selling price. (You get 99% - NFT5 charges 1%).

Step 4: After successful listing of NFT sell , return to the project page and check your sell order information which will display as follows:

On the left are your sell orders, on the right are the total number of sell orders in the market.

For each matched NFT out of the total number of NFTs from your sell order, the system will update you through the above statistics table, the amount sold will go directly to your MetaMask or Trust wallet.

2. How to buy NFT from a project that has been crowdfunded successfully, you will buy NFT from other sellers

Step 1: Visit the project page that has ended the Public Sale round, for example, the Youtube channel Nguyen Van Chung. You can now buy back NFTs from other sellers at various prices on the NFT5 Marketplace order book. Select "Buy".

For example, Youtube channel Nguyen Van Chung, 5.0 BUSD is the lowest selling price for each NFT at Marketplace

Step 2: Enter the amount of NFT you want to buy. After that, the system will automatically calculate the total price corresponding to the quantity you buy, according to the most favorable price scale on the order book of NFT5 (For example in the picture you will be able to buy 320 NFT with the price scale from the lowest --> highest).

Note:

Your buy order will be canceled if the price changes adversely by more than 5% --> That is, if at the time you press the "Buy" confirmation button, for some reason the buy price is inflated by more than 5% of the price. system gives (as shown in the picture is greater than 60,000 BUSD), the buy order will be automatically canceled to ensure the price is benefi for you.

Step 3: Complete the purchase of NFT from Marketplace at NFT5. If you have a need to resell to other investors, repeat the Listing steps as in the first part above.
