# Part 1: Remitano account registration and verification guidelines

## **Perform the following steps:**

**Step 1:** Download the Remitano application on the AppStore (for iOS - those using Iphone, Ipad, ..) or on CH Play (for Android devices).

**Step 2:** Register an account on Remitano App.

**Step 3:** Verify your account.

## Step-by-step instructions in detail:

### #1: Download the Remitano app on the AppStore (for iOS - those using Iphone, Ipad,..) or on CH Play (for Android devices).

Open App Store App -> Search for Remitano -> Download and Open Remitano App.

### #2: Register an account on Remitano App.

* **Step 1:** Open Remitano app -> Menu -> Login/Register.

* **Step 2:** Sign in with Google -> Continue -> Select 1 email account to sign in to Remitano.

* **Step 3:** Type your username -> Agree to Terms of Service -> Type your phone number here -> Select Captcha.

* **Step 4:** Type verification code -> Verify -> Verify phone number successfully.

### #3: Remitano Account Verification

* **Step 1:** Select Menu -> Account Verification -> Select "Verification" at Level 2.

* **Step 2:** Verify the document -> Select Country -> Select the document you want to upload.

* **Step 3:** Fill in your full name and citizen identification number -> Upload the front picture of the citizen's identity card.

* **Step 4:** Portrait authentication

**Step 5:** Approval waiting time is about 5 minutes -> Level 2 verification successful.

If you have successfully completed the above steps, congratulations, you have successfully created an account on **Remitano.**
